Position: Sales Engineer – Commercial Solar

And, Sales Manager Pvt. Ltd is the Back Office, Marketing & Sales Office of Cyanergy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We are looking for a candidate to manage C&I projects, including solar, lighting, and heat pumps, aircon, ensuring design optimization, regulatory compliance, and supporting sales with technical proposals.

Key responsibilities & duties
- A key aspect supporting the operations team in daily tasks overseeing the various projects across Cyanergy’s scope of C&I products such as solar, lighting and heat pumps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design large-scale rooftop & ground mount solar and battery storage projects, ensuring they meet technical and regulatory requirements
- Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and technical details with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Assist the national sales team in preparing technical proposals, tender documents, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for potential clients.
- Manage all elements of engineering design (time, cost and quality) within the project sphere and ensure designs are optimised, providing the most cost-effective solution for our customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the solar and battery storage systems.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and national regulations and standards related to renewable energy and storage
- Assist with estimation and bidding process and develop sales documentation inclusive of brochures, training materials, tender documents etc.
- Completing compliance related tasks for pre and post installations.
- Required to be on call and responsive to continued changing circumstances.

Academic or trade qualifications
- Qualification in Electrical, Electronics Engineering (preferred but not essential)
- Passionate about renewable energy and committed to the energy transition.
Work experience and skills
- Previous experience working in a similar role with strong focus on technical design and sales support.
- Sound capability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects on time and budget with acceptable quality standards.
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- The ability to collate and analyse data to support daily activity.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent Problem-solving, process improvement skills and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Salary & other benefits:
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 Taka per month
Yearly 2 festive bonuses.
Annual paid and sick leave.
5 working days a week.
