Sales Manager Pvt. Ltd. serves as the Back Office, Marketing, and Sales hub for Cyanergy, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with over 5 years of operation.
Purpose of the Position:
The DevOps Engineer supports daily application operations, manages deployments, and delivers minor enhancements. The role involves working with React, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and AWS (including SQS), with exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software, service, and cloud issues; maintaining SaaS documentation and deployment processes; implementing and testing minor changes in React and .NET Core; optimizing PostgreSQL queries and performance; and provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide daily operational support for applications.
- Implement and test minor modifications/enhancements in React and .NET Core.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL database queries and performance.
- Handle application deployment and monitoring in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.).
- Use Terraform (IaC) to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the responsible stakeholder to resolve any issues, develop new features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Document changes and deployment
- Understand business requirements and prepare proposed solution concepts
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and performance reports

Trade Qualification, Work Experience and Skills
- Hands-on experience with React.js, .NET Core, and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and SQS
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- It will be good to have AWS certification
- 2+ years of experience in software development and application support
