We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Solar Appointment Setter to join our team. This is not your typical cold-calling job; our focus is on quality interactions, relationship building, and strategic outreach to schedule qualified appointments for our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. Candidates will get an opportunity to work with Australian Sales Team and C&I Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential clients using database and engage them in meaningful conversations about their energy needs.
- Effectively explain the benefits of solar energy solutions and qualify clients for appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the overseas sales teams to develop strategies for targeted outreach.
- Handle objections and questions confidently, building trust with potential clients.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights on successful approaches and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Other Information:
Basic Salary: 20,000 – 30,000
Commission: Can earn up to 50,000 – 60,000 Tk a month.
Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Note: Early morning transport fee will be subsidized to help facilitate punctual and convenient commuting.
