Position Name: Assistant Project Coordinator (HVAC Operations)

Reporting to: Project Manager in Melbourne

Purpose
The Assistant Project Coordinator (HVAC Operations) will be responsible for supporting the oversight of HVAC
installation projects. From conducting pre-qualification checks for HVAC sales, to ensuring provision of timely and
accurate updates to project documents, The Assistance Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Overseeing day-to-day matters pertaining tinstallation projects.
  • Preparing weekly installation forecast and assuring back-end resources are available and on
  • stand-by.
  • Providing technical assistance tthe Sales Department for building Quotations.
  • Conducting the Preliminary Qualification checks for the HVAC jobs ready for the
  • installation.
  • Keeping track of available stock for installation.
  • Checking, in minute detail, the completeness of installation paperwork (post-installation).
  • Working effectively with other team members tenhance collective productivity.
  • Assisting QA Team tcollect missing documents from installers tassure smooth payment.
  • Liaising with other departments (Sales, Compliance and Accounts) tachieve collective
  • goal.
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks/duties assigned by supervisor.

Academic or trade qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strong grasp on the following will be preferred:

  • Basic Thermodynamics.
  • Electrical Machines.
  • Refrigeration and Building Mechanical Systems.
  • Thermal Equipment Design.
  • Energy and Environment.
  • Principles of Sustainability.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Forms.
  • Sound in processing, analysing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency in workplace communication.

Soft skills

  • Sound in presentation and keen to assist team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with a diverse range of people and cultures and in meeting their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Positive attitude and a consistent work ethic.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Time management skills.

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT/Month

Location: Panthapath, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
