Sales Manager Pvt. Limited is the Back Office, Marketing & Sales Office of Cyanergy, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The office supports Australian operations by managing project coordination, data processing, customer service, and compliance documentation.
Purpose of the Position
The Quality Control Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all installation work is carried out to the highest standard of safety, compliance, and workmanship. This includes conducting daily installation quality reviews, raising escalation tickets for site non-compliance, facilitating installer performance feedback, and helping lead toolbox meetings focused on quality assurance.
This role is crucial in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and supporting Cyanergy’s mission of delivering premium, compliant, and safe installations under various government incentive schemes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily installation quality reviews via photographs and installer submissions.
- Raise field audit escalation tickets for non-compliant or unsafe installations.
- Maintain a tracking system of recurring installation issues or installer-related concerns.
- Support internal QA audits and coordinate communication with the Compliance Team.
- Conduct first-level technical checks on post-installation paperwork and flag inconsistencies.
- Provide structured feedback to installers based on audit findings and photo assessments.
- Coordinate and help facilitate regular installer toolbox meetings focused on quality and safety.
- Assist the QA Lead or Project Manager in documenting and updating installation standards.
- Monitor trends in installation quality and prepare regular reports highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments (Compliance, Projects, Sales, Accounts) to ensure streamlined issue resolution.
- Support training initiatives and internal guides for new team members or installers.
- Handle any ad hoc quality assurance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Academic or Trade Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, Quality Management, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline is preferred.
Work Experience and Skills- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, QA/QC, or a similar operational role (energy/renewables sector preferred).
- High attention to detail, particularly in identifying visual defects or process non-conformance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and project tracking systems.
- Sound understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical documents such as installation checklists, job reports, and product datasheets.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to task ownership.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT/Month
