Sales Manager Pvt. Limited is Cyanergy’s Back Office, Marketing, Sales Office, Product Development and IT, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Position Name: Assistant Project Coordinator (Solar Operations).

Reporting to: Project Manager in Melbourne

Purpose

The Assistant Project Coordinator’s (Solar Operations) primary scope of work will be managing the administrative work for ongoing solar installation projects such as pre- qualification check, post installation paperwork check in low level, updating project documents and paperwork in a timely manner, initiating grid connection application liaising with all other departments to achieve collective goals.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Managing administrative and design work for solar installation projects.
  • Reviewing residential grid connected photovoltaic systems along with batteries and redesigning as required on design software tools according to the relevant Australian standards (AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 4777.2:2020, AS/NZS 5033:2021)
  • Conducting the Preliminary Check for the solar jobs ready for installation.
  • Cross checking the quotation & quoted product and updating the system accordingly.
  • Preparing all required documentation for the grid connection.
  • Completing DNSP grid connection requirements for jobs less than 30 kW including single line diagrams and other technical documentation with voltage drop and rise calculations.
  • Lodging the grid connection pre-approval application to the energy distributor Reporting
  • Calculating the bill of materials and preparing the stock procurement notes for the suppliers.
  • Checking the completeness of installation paperwork (Post Installation).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up-to-date with the latest solar technology and installation techniques.
  • Liaising with other departments (Accounts, Compliance & Sales) to achieve a collective goal.
  • Keeping effective communication with the rest of the team members.
  • Assisting QA Team to collect missing documents from installers to ensure prompt payment.
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks/duties assigned by the supervisor.

Academic or trade qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Good grasp on the following will be preferred

  • Fundamental of Electrical Design
  • Electrical and Electronics Instrumentation
  • Renewable Energy and Smart Grid

Experience and skills

  • Good communication skill
  • Sound in presentation and keen to assist team members
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with a diverse range of people and cultures and in meeting their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Positive attitude and a consistent work ethic
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills – Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Sound in Data processing, analyzing, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in a similar role for one year will be an advantage

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT/Month

Location: Panthapath, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
